Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of VibeFood, an iOS app operated by Spatial Memories. By using VibeFood, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using VibeFood, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. License for personal use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VibeFood for your own non-commercial use.

3. Accounts

VibeFood identifies you by an anonymous device ID. You may optionally link an email using magic-code sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your device and email access secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use VibeFood for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
  • Misrepresent restaurant information or misuse shared Duet sessions

5. User content

You own the data you save in VibeFood (personas, saved restaurants, vetoes, preferences). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the service for you, including syncing it across your devices.

6. Service availability

VibeFood is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spatial Memories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VibeFood.

8. Restaurant information accuracy

Restaurant details — hours, menus, photos, and other information — come from third-party sources and may be outdated or inaccurate. Always confirm directly with the restaurant before visiting.

9. Termination

You can stop using VibeFood and reset your data at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
